The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, customer-focused, and capable of leading front desk operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">As Lead Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations, supporting residents and guests, assisting with administrative tasks, and serving as a key liaison between residents, management, and vendors. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury residential environment.</p> <div><hr></div> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Resident &amp; Guest Services</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors</li> <li>Greet residents and guests warmly while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment</li> <li>Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding building amenities, services, and local attractions</li> <li>Assist residents with requests, recommendations, reservations, deliveries, and concierge services</li> <li>Resolve resident and guest concerns promptly and professionally</li> </ul> <h3>Front Desk Operations</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Maintain an active and visible presence at the Front Desk</li> <li>Monitor and control building access in accordance with community procedures</li> <li>Review security cameras and report suspicious activity as required</li> <li>Process incoming mail, packages, deliveries, and resident notifications</li> <li>Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs), incident reports, and other required documentation</li> <li>Support emergency response procedures and maintain awareness of safety protocols</li> <li>Assist with administrative tasks, reports, and resident communications</li> </ul> <h3>Community &amp; Property Support</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure common areas remain clean, organized, and presentable</li> <li>Maintain familiarity with community amenities, events, and resident programs</li> <li>Coordinate with management, vendors, and staff to support building operations</li> <li>Assist with onboarding and training of concierge team members as needed</li> <li>Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and exceptional service</li> </ul> <div><hr></div> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <h3>Experience</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required</li> <li>Previous concierge, hospitality, hotel, luxury residential, property management, or front desk experience preferred</li> <li>Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred</li> <li>High-rise condominium or luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred</li> </ul> <h3>Skills &amp; Abilities</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management abilities</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Professional appearance and polished demeanor</li> <li>Strong customer service and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technology systems</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times</li> <li>Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude</li> </ul> <h3>Education</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred</li> </ul> <div><hr></div> <h2>Schedule</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Monday through Friday<br>8:00 AM – 4:00 PM</p> <div><hr></div> <h2>Physical Requirements</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Ability to lift 30–50 pounds as needed</li> <li>Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time</li> <li>Ability to perform routine building walk-throughs and inspections</li> </ul> <div><hr></div> <h2>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>$43,680 annual salary</li> <li>Group Health Insurance</li> <li>Life &amp; AD&amp;D Insurance</li> <li>401(k) Plan</li> <li>Additional voluntary benefits including Dental, Vision, and Short-Term Disability</li> </ul> <div><hr></div> <h2>Why Join Rise AMG?</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">At Rise AMG, we believe exceptional communities are built through exceptional service.
