<p>As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at Capco, you’ll contribute to high-impact, client-facing projects that shape the future of financial services. You’ll work alongside talented engineers, have access to industry-leading training, and get the opportunity to grow your skills across multiple platforms. You will also get the chance to work across different domains within FS & Energy.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<li>
<p>Create, drive, and build test strategies that are robust, reusable, and scalable</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop and manage test artefacts - plans, specifications, scripts, and reports</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage test environments and generate consistent test data</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Execute UI and API tests using modern automation tools and practices</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality-first delivery</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>
<p>Strong knowledge of at least one OOP language (Java, Scala, or JavaScript preferred)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Exposure to UI and API automation layers</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Jenkins, GitHub, and SonarQube</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p>Performance testing with JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent tools</p>

<p>Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean UX</p>
