This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”      What You Will Do  <ul> <li>Utilize one’s own understanding in local culture and business nature to localize and manage contents needed for product/marketing/development/educational guides</li> <li>Proofread and manage (traditional) Chinese within the service in a consistent and professional way (proper nouns and technical terms used within the company)</li> <li>Manage and communicate with the partnering translation firm - manage contract and work schedule, proofread translated output, and provide a term and style guide</li> <li>Update the translation memory and terminology database and work on documentation</li> <li>Reflect stakeholder and local requirements to the translation output</li> <li>Communicate with relevant teams to respond to local issues and align on the solution</li> <li>Monitor the local service trend and support UX and business</li> </ul>    Basic Qualifications   <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree on Advertisement, Public Relations, Journalism, Media, Communication, Business, Design, or equivalent experiences</li> <li>Outstanding portfolio demonstrating expert writing skills in English, in areas like UX writing, copywriting, and article writing, as well as experience in running a blog/social media account and producing content</li> <li>Ability to clearly understand requirements and fulfill them through long or short written content</li> <li>8+ years of relevant work experience</li> <li>Ability to produce writing guidelines and presentations</li> <li>Experience of closely collaborating with various internal teams across the company and outsourcing vendors to lead and accomplish projects</li> </ul>      Preferred Qualifications  <ul> <li>Experience working with various teams in a fast-growing environment</li> <li>Understanding in product design</li> <li>Experience in driving a project from end to end, leveraging insights from both qualitative and quantitative data</li> <li>Experience in leading various stakeholders and operating and managing complex project</li> <li>Experience working in the IT or e-commerce industry</li> <li>Proficient in Traditional and Mandarin Chinese</li> <li>Ability to communicate in English</li> </ul>    Recruitment Process   <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="29" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Application Review -
