This highly motivated individual will be responsible for delivering operational and administrative excellence to support our sales and technical services teams—ensuring that every customer interaction is efficient, accurate, and leaves a lasting impression. This position reports to the Technical Services Manager. This role is onsite and is based out of our San Juan, PR office.  Essential responsibilities: <ul> <li>Coordinate jobs with customers and prepare appropriate paperwork, including the paperwork associate with our trucking process and associated weights</li> <li>Create and distribute invoices with quotes for services, such as lab packs, lab moves, and others</li> <li>Field incoming calls from prospective and existing customers as needed. Satisfying customer needs may involve a direct response from information and knowledge already possessed, obtaining information for response, or directing customer to someone capable of responding</li> <li>Assist Sales and Technical Services staff with job scopes and the coordination of bids, proposals, and quotations</li> <li>Assist Sales team with administrative tasks related to maintaining and growing customer base, including customized waste profiling and shipment report generation</li> <li>Organize and control all job folders and customer master files. This includes ensuring all paperwork is filed properly, and retrieving files for job costing purposes</li> <li>Provide Quality Control by contacting customers, post-service, to conduct surveys</li> <li>Attend all sales meetings and other necessary meetings</li> <li>Provide technical support to Inside and Outside Sales representatives and customers</li> <li>Assist with the approval of OSS, lab pack, and other job folders</li> <li>Order and maintain inventory of office supplies</li> <li>Track some office budgetary items</li> <li>All other duties as assigned </li> </ul> Basic qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Environmental Science or industry related experience</li> <li>Ability to work as a team player</li> <li>Determination/eagerness to learn about the environmental health & safety field</li> <li>Creativity in solving unique problems</li> <li>Leadership experience/potential</li> <li>Strong communication, analytical, technical, and organizational skills</li> <li>Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)</li> <li>Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship  </li> <li>Must have a reliable form of transportation </li> </ul> #LI-Onsite  Besides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, TONS of safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more!    To learn more about our business, culture, and the exciting work that we are doing in the industry, find us on <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/triumvirate-environmental/posts/?feedView=all">LinkedIn, </a>Instagram (@triumvirateenvironmental), or our <a href="https://www.triumvirate.com/">website</a>!   Triumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
