<p><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong></p>
<p data-path-to-node="5"><strong data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="0">1. Vendor & Contract Management</strong></p>
<ul data-path-to-node="6">

<p data-path-to-node="6,0,0">Manage contracts and negotiate terms with various vendors, including carriers and warehouse operators, specifically for VMI Hub operations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p data-path-to-node="6,1,0">Oversee vendor billing, including meticulous invoice verification and cost validation to ensure financial accuracy.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p data-path-to-node="6,2,0">Monitor SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance and drive continuous performance improvement among service providers.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p data-path-to-node="7"><strong data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="0">2. Inventory & System Administration</strong></p>

<p data-path-to-node="8,0,0">Monitor inventory and inbound/outbound data utilizing WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other integrated logistics systems.</p>
</li>

<p data-path-to-node="8,1,0">Analyze and resolve operational issues, such as inventory discrepancies, cargo damages, or transit delays, to maintain supply chain integrity.</p>
</li>

<p data-path-to-node="9"><strong data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="0">3. Communication & Cross-functional Collaboration</strong></p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">Act as the primary point of contact for communication between customers and vendors to ensure seamless information flow.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,1,0">Collaborate closely with internal departments (Operations, Customs, Finance, etc.) to resolve issues and enhance overall process efficiency.</p>
</li>

<p data-path-to-node="10,2,0">Prepare regular performance reports and professional materials for customer-facing presentations.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p data-path-to-node="11"><strong data-path-to-node="11" data-index-in-node="0">4. Strategic Improvement & Optimization</strong></p>

<p data-path-to-node="12,0,0">Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize the VMI model.</p>
</li>

<p data-path-to-node="12,1,0">Drive continuous improvement within the hub to meet evolving business needs and operational standards.</p>

<p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>1-5 years of experience in logistics, SCM, freight forwarding, or warehouse operations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proven experience in vendor management and cost settlement.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other logistics-related systems.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>High proficiency in data management tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Prior experience in VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) operations or battery/manufacturing logistics.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Solid knowledge of customs procedures and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations.</p>
</li>
<li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><em>Pay</em></strong></p>
<p>The base salary range for this role is between $60,000-$80,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p>
