This is accomplished by reviewing the loan</span><span class="markedContent"> <span>fi</span></span><span>le to ensure all parties associated with the</span><br><span>loan have had a closing disclosure properly disclosed and communicating directly with borrowers,</span><br><span>the date, time and location of the closing. This role is also responsible for reviewing and updating</span><br><span>fees from outside title companies from requests received from processors through encompass. After</span><br><span>loans disburse the closing coordinator will also monitor the ALTA Recon pipeline to reconcile the</span><span class="markedContent"> <span>fi</span></span><span>nal</span><br><span>signed CD and the Final ALTA from the title company.</span></span></p> <p><span id="p2R_mc0" class="markedContent"><br><span>Responsibilities:</span></span></p> <p><span id="p2R_mc0" class="markedContent"><br><span>●</span> <span>Call and email borrowers within SLA to con</span><span class="markedContent"><span>fi</span></span><span>rm the scheduling information</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Review loans to ensure there is proper closing disclosure acknowledgment</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Send out initial closing disclosures as needed if not all required parties were disclosed to</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Provide excellent customer service to all borrowers</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Escalate loans to LO, closer or processor as needed if a borrower is not being responsive to</span><br><span>scheduling request</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Enter scheduling information correctly into the system</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Send the scheduling email to the title company</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Review loans in the pre-balance pipeline to pre-balance loans for processing</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Update the title fees in the system per the fee sheet in the</span><span class="markedContent"> <span>fi</span></span><span>le</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Review the escrows to ensure set up correctly</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Review prepaids to ensure set up correctly</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Review the payo</span><span class="markedContent"><span>ff</span></span> <span>in</span><span class="markedContent"> <span>fi</span></span><span>le to ensure not expired and loan is updated with the correct amount</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Monitor the ALTA recon pipeline to reconcile the</span><span class="markedContent"> <span>fi</span></span><span>nal signed CD and the</span><span class="markedContent"> <span>fi</span></span><span>nal ALTA from title</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Performs other duties as required</span></span></p> <p><span id="p2R_mc0" class="markedContent"><br><span>Quali</span><span class="markedContent"><span>fi</span></span><span>cations:</span></span></p> <p><span id="p2R_mc0" class="markedContent"><br><span>●</span> <span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Must be detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy</span><br><span>●</span> <span>Prior mortgage industry experience is a plus</span><br><br></span></p> </div> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></div> <div class="gmail_default">The base pay range for this role is listed below.
