This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the mortgage industry, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to serve as a critical point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enforce Lock Desk policy &amp; procedures.</li> <li>Assist the company’s loan officers with rate lock maintenance, loan re-prices, and general Lock.</li> <li>Monitor and track Best Effort rate locks with investors.</li> <li>Confirm loan pricing accuracy and profitability.</li> <li>Conduct systematic data entry for all interest rate lock requests and re-prices.</li> <li>Act as the main point of contact for escalation scenarios.</li> <li>Process Change of Circumstances, Loan Concessions, Lock Scrubs, and Lock Extensions.</li> <li>Monitor various shared email in-boxes and perform work within SLA.</li> <li>Act as a primary point of contact with the Loan Setup Client Experience Team to ensure loan terms are compliant.</li> <li>Ensure the accuracy of fees; create a file structure for outbound disclosures.</li> <li>Monitor robotics outcome reports and scrub loans that fail to queue back up for automation or work manually.</li> <li>Coach, train, and educate teammates who are newly onboarded.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A four-year college degree in Finance, Economics, or another related field is preferred</li> <li>2+ years in the mortgage industry preferred</li> <li>2 + years of Encompass experience</li> <li>2+ years of Optimal Blue experience</li> <li>Microsoft Excel proficiency</li> <li>General knowledge of financial markets</li> <li>Knowledge of TRID guidelines</li> <li>Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a very fast-paced environment</li> <li>Comfortable working under a high level of confidentiality</li> <li>Detail-oriented and strong time management / organizational skills</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></div> <div class="gmail_default">The base pay range for this role is listed below.
