<p>&nbsp;</p> <h2 data-start="220" data-end="257">Production Supervisor – Polymerics</h2> <h3 data-start="259" data-end="279">About the Role</h3> <p data-start="280" data-end="805">As the <strong data-start="287" data-end="325">Production Supervisor – Polymerics</strong> at Rocket EMS, you will lead day-to-day production activities for polymer-based processes including conformal coating, encapsulation, and potting. You’ll be responsible for supervising operators and technicians, maintaining schedule adherence, ensuring product quality, and enforcing safety and compliance standards. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, team development, and consistent process performance in a high-mix electronics manufacturing environment.</p> <h3 data-start="807" data-end="829">Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="831" data-end="2145"> <li data-start="831" data-end="942"> <p data-start="833" data-end="942">Supervise daily production activities for conformal coating, encapsulation, potting, and curing operations.</p> </li> <li data-start="943" data-end="1072"> <p data-start="945" data-end="1072">Lead and support Polymerics operators and technicians to meet production schedules, quality targets, and safety requirements.</p> </li> <li data-start="1073" data-end="1190"> <p data-start="1075" data-end="1190">Ensure standard work, travelers, MPIs, and customer requirements are followed accurately on the production floor.</p> </li> <li data-start="1191" data-end="1303"> <p data-start="1193" data-end="1303">Monitor process parameters and equipment performance for manual, selective spray, dip, and curing processes.</p> </li> <li data-start="1304" data-end="1428"> <p data-start="1306" data-end="1428">Partner with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to support process controls, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.</p> </li> <li data-start="1429" data-end="1519"> <p data-start="1431" data-end="1519">Ensure compliance with IPC-CC-830, IPC-A-610, and customer-specific coating standards.</p> </li> <li data-start="1520" data-end="1642"> <p data-start="1522" data-end="1642">Coordinate preventive maintenance, equipment setup, and calibration activities with Engineering and Maintenance teams.</p> </li> <li data-start="1643" data-end="1741"> <p data-start="1645" data-end="1741">Track daily output, yield, scrap, and rework; escalate issues and support root cause analysis.</p> </li> <li data-start="1742" data-end="1852"> <p data-start="1744" data-end="1852">Train, qualify, and certify Polymerics personnel; provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.</p> </li> <li data-start="1853" data-end="1947"> <p data-start="1855" data-end="1947">Support NPIs, engineering builds, customer audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p> </li> <li data-start="1948" data-end="2051"> <p data-start="1950" data-end="2051">Enforce chemical handling, ESD controls, PPE usage, and environmental health and safety procedures.</p> </li> <li data-start="2052" data-end="2145"> <p data-start="2054" data-end="2145">Provide clear shift pass-downs and communicate priorities, risks, and status to leadership.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2147" data-end="2167">Qualifications</h3> <h4 data-start="2169" data-end="2185">Education</h4> <ul data-start="2186" data-end="2340"> <li data-start="2186" data-end="2340"> <p data-start="2188" data-end="2340">High school diploma or GED required;
