<p class="p1">Role description: Associate Value Consultant</p>
<p class="p2">Business area: Health Economics and Data Analytics</p>
<p class="p3">Purpose of the role:</p>
<p class="p4">Leading assigned projects and undertaking research and analysis to inform deliverables to optimise</p>
<p class="p4">pricing, reimbursement and market access within the Heath Economics and Data Analytics practice.</p>
<p class="p5">Area Responsibilities</p>
<p class="p6">Project delivery</p>
<p class="p6">60%</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">></span> Responsible for producing each deliverable to a high quality and</p>
<p class="p4">ensuring that the full review process has been conducted on any</p>
<p class="p4">work being sent to the senior team for review</p>
<p class="p4">On projects where acting as Project Lead, responsible for:</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">></span> The appropriateness of the deliverable for meeting the client’s</p>
<p class="p4">needs.</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">></span> Acting as primary point of contact with the client.</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">></span> Project management activities specific to the assigned project,</p>
<p class="p4">such as:</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> Ensuring there is an up to date timeline for the project (internal</p>
<p class="p4">and external) at all times</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> Acting as primary point of contact (with appropriate support from</p>
<p class="p4">senior team members) for the client</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> Accurate financial management of projects, including client</p>
<p class="p4">invoicing, contribution updates and ensuring associated required</p>
<p class="p4">documentation is completed (e.g. contribution trackers)</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> Accurate resource planning for the assigned project and inputting</p>
<p class="p4">to cross-project resource planning and scheduling</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> Ensuring any change in scope is agreed both internally with the</p>
<p class="p4">Senior Lead and appropriate senior team members and with the</p>
<p class="p4">client and clear documentation of the change is shared with the</p>
<p class="p4">client</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">></span> Responsible for project team management, including:</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> Briefing project team members on their tasks and monitoring</p>
<p class="p4">their work</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> Management of the internal and external timelines to ensure the</p>
<p class="p4">project is on track as per the agreed resource plan</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> Managing time spent on the project and highlighting to the</p>
<p class="p4">business operations and planning team through the deviations</p>
<p class="p4">process if there are any challenges with the time planned for the</p>
<p class="p4">project or the time being taken by the team to complete the</p>
<p class="p4">agreed tasks, proposing solutions to this challenge</p>
<p class="p5">Area Responsibilities</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> Ensuring the project delivery team are not working overtime to</p>
<p class="p4">complete client requests, and if this is necessary gaining approval</p>
<p class="p4">from the Senior Lead and business planning teams</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> Highlighting training needs or challenges on projects that arise</p>
<p class="p4">through the deviations process</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">></span> After the final PL review the following will be checked and</p>
<p class="p4">confirmed:</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> The deliverable is formatted correctly and in line with the</p>
<p class="p4">Adelphi/client templates</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> The results shown in the deliverable are aligned with expectations</p>
<p class="p4">or, if not, a clear explanation can be provided to the client as to</p>
<p class="p4">the interpretation of the outcomes</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> The messages presented align with the client’s expectations and</p>
<p class="p4">proper strategic insights/recommendations have been provided</p>
<p class="p4">for clients</p>
<p class="p4"><span class="s1">-</span> All client comments have been addressed and an appropriate</p>
<p class="p4">response is included from “Adelphi Values”</p>
