As a Product Manager, you will lead the roadmap, and execution of our product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including ML, data, and engineering to deliver innovative and impactful AdTech solutions.</p> <p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company’s business objectives and growth goals.</li> <li>Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product vision, creating detailed product requirements, and managing timelines and budgets.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather insights, identify market opportunities, and prioritize product features and enhancements.</li> <li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.</li> <li>Work closely with ML, data, and engineering teams to develop and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.</li> <li>Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.</li> <li>Lead product launch activities, including coordinating with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, and AdTech.</li> <li>Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading product initiatives in the machine learning, data science, and AdTech industry.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.</li> <li>A strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, ad networks, and real-time bidding is a plus.</li> <li>Ability to improve data management processes, including implementing Data Governance and Data Observability standards.</li> <li>Experience developing strategies for data quality, including real-time monitoring automation, incident detection, and resolution.</li> <li>Experience managing data-focused products or platforms with high reliability and security standards.</li> <li>Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.</li> <li>Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.</li> <li>Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Mobile experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Based in Barcelona or ready to relocate to Barcelona</strong><strong><br></strong></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>With an outstanding product and a mission that excites and inspires, Appodeal offers a unique opportunity to make an impact while being part of an amazing team.</p> <p><strong>Join us</strong> and help shape the future of mobile app success!</p></div>
