The right candidate should be equally comfortable driving children, coordinating with vendors, running errands, handling car maintenance, and helping with basic household needs.<br>We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility, good judgment, and a humble, hands-on attitude.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><strong>Family Driving &amp; Children’s Transportation</strong></div> <ul> <li>Safely drive children to and from school, sports, activities, appointments, and family-related commitments.</li> <li>Support morning, afternoon, and evening transportation needs.</li> <li>Be available for occasional weekend driving.</li> <li>Be open to occasional travel for children’s sports tournaments or activities in other cities, including multi-day trips when needed.</li> <li>Maintain a calm, safe, and responsible driving style at all times.</li> <li>Follow family instructions, schedules, and safety expectations carefully.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Working Around Children</strong></div> <ul> <li>Build a friendly, respectful, and appropriate relationship with the children.</li> <li>Be able to connect with children who have different interests, such as hockey, media / creative activities, martial arts, gymnastics, and other hobbies.</li> <li>Maintain proper boundaries and use good judgment when interacting with children.</li> <li>Understand that parenting, discipline, and behavioral correction are the parents’ responsibility.</li> <li>Avoid criticizing, lecturing, correcting, or disciplining children unless it directly relates to safety, respectful communication, or personal boundaries.</li> <li>Communicate with the parents if any issue requires their attention.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Vehicle Care &amp; Maintenance</strong></div> <ul> <li>Keep family vehicles clean, fueled, organized, and ready to use.</li> <li>Take vehicles for car washes, gas, routine service, inspections, repairs, and dealership appointments.</li> <li>Track and help manage vehicle documentation, service records, registration, insurance, and related paperwork.</li> <li>Coordinate with mechanics, dealerships, car wash providers, and other service vendors.</li> <li>Report vehicle issues promptly and help arrange solutions.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Errands &amp; Vendor Coordination</strong></div> <ul> <li>Help coordinate regular household maintenance and service providers, including: <ul> <li>AC / HVAC maintenance;</li> <li>pool service;</li> <li>security systems;</li> <li>cameras and surveillance systems;</li> <li>appliance service;</li> <li>landscaping or exterior maintenance;</li> <li>other household systems and vendors.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Communicate with vendors in English.</li> <li>Schedule appointments and follow up on service visits.</li> <li>Monitor vendor work and make sure tasks are completed properly.</li> <li>Troubleshoot basic household issues when possible.</li> <li>Identify when a specialist is needed and help arrange service.</li> <li>Help obtain quotes, compare vendors, coordinate schedules, and track completion of work.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Handyman Tasks &amp;
