<p>&nbsp;</p> <p data-start="181" data-end="201"><strong data-start="181" data-end="201">Quality Engineer</strong></p> <p data-start="203" data-end="577"><strong data-start="203" data-end="221">About the Role</strong><br data-start="221" data-end="224">We are seeking a detail-driven Quality Engineer to champion product reliability and ensure every assembly meets the highest customer and industry standards. You’ll work cross-functionally with Production, Process, and Engineering teams to prevent defects, investigate issues, and drive continuous improvement throughout our PCB manufacturing operations.</p> <p data-start="579" data-end="597"><strong data-start="579" data-end="597">What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul data-start="598" data-end="1650"> <li data-start="598" data-end="717"> <p data-start="600" data-end="717">Monitor production quality performance and lead root cause analysis for nonconformances, escapes, and yield issues.</p> </li> <li data-start="718" data-end="817"> <p data-start="720" data-end="817">Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring problems.</p> </li> <li data-start="818" data-end="965"> <p data-start="820" data-end="965">Support first article inspections (FAI), in-process audits, and final inspection verification for SMT, Through-Hole, and mechanical assemblies.</p> </li> <li data-start="966" data-end="1099"> <p data-start="968" data-end="1099">Collaborate with Process and Manufacturing Engineers to validate new processes, tooling, and equipment from a quality standpoint.</p> </li> <li data-start="1100" data-end="1233"> <p data-start="1102" data-end="1233">Review MPIs, customer specifications, and inspection criteria to ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and other applicable standards.</p> </li> <li data-start="1234" data-end="1331"> <p data-start="1236" data-end="1331">Analyze defect and rework data to identify trends and drive process and quality improvements.</p> </li> <li data-start="1332" data-end="1451"> <p data-start="1334" data-end="1451">Support DFM reviews, ECOs, and MRB activities to ensure proper documentation and traceability of quality decisions.</p> </li> <li data-start="1452" data-end="1567"> <p data-start="1454" data-end="1567">Participate in internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory) and maintain quality system compliance.</p> </li> <li data-start="1568" data-end="1650"> <p data-start="1570" data-end="1650">Provide quality training and guidance to production operators and technicians.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="1652" data-end="1678"><strong data-start="1652" data-end="1678">What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul data-start="1679" data-end="2221"> <li data-start="1679" data-end="1785"> <p data-start="1681" data-end="1785">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).</p> </li> <li data-start="1786" data-end="1892"> <p data-start="1788" data-end="1892">Experience in electronics or PCBA manufacturing environments (SMT, Through-Hole, Reflow, Wave Solder).</p> </li> <li data-start="1893" data-end="2027"> <p data-start="1895" data-end="2027">Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610/620, AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems, and data-driven problem solving (8D, 5 Whys, Pareto, etc.).</p> </li> <li data-start="2028" data-end="2124"> <p data-start="2030" data-end="2124">Proficiency with quality tools such as PFMEA, control plans, and statistical analysis (SPC).</p> </li> <li data-start="2125" data-end="2221"> <p data-start="2127" data-end="2221">Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams.</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$80,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$100,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
