<p><strong>Company Overview:</strong></p>
<p>We are a high-growth Physical AI company transforming how businesses interact with the physical world through intelligent automation. Our AI platform processes visual, spatial, and temporal data from billions of real-world events—captured across edge devices, sensors, mobile applications and cloud infrastructure—to enable intelligent decision-making at scale. We are searching for a Technical Program Manager to join our growing team.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the overall development life cycle of the Stateful Platform and manage complex projects playing a central coordinating role for cloud API, mobile, and web initiatives. </li>
<li>Work with product, engineering, QA staff to ensure a well run software development, test and release process.</li>
<li>Play a key role in reviewing product requirements, identifying gaps to maximize the linearity in the development process.</li>
<li>Regularly aligning with contributors to identify project risks and critical dependencies</li>
<li>Run the engineering planning, standup and retrospective process ensuring that Jira is reflective on the work</li>
<li>Work across teams to identify a schedule of dependencies</li>
<li>Develop logical solutions to business problems by asking questions, thorough examination, coordination, and collaboration with decision makers</li>
<li>Work with product team in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities for clients</li>
<li>Team with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development</li>
<li>Prioritize and manage multiple projects, often moderately complex projects</li>
<li>Ensure products are delivered on time and have high quality</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of advancements in product technologies</li>
<li>Understand the impact of emerging business trends and their implications</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and Expertise:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Expert in making Jira and other productivity tools a valued trusted part of development process</li>
<li>8+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering teams</li>
<li>Expert in both agile and waterfall processes</li>
<li>Extraordinarily organized with exceptional communication skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of successfully transforming enterprise technology processes that touch multiple disciplines</li>
<li>Experience with technology operations and support, mobile, web and cloud-based technologies</li>
<li>Excellent project management skills, experience working in a matrix organization</li>
<li>Leadership skills; analytical personality with ability to excite others about a project and communicate the vision</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus Criteria:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with digital transformation projects using AI and IoT</li>
<li>Agile knowledge</li>
<li>Previous startup experience</li>
