<p>We are a high-growth Physical AI company transforming how businesses interact with the physical world through intelligent automation. Our AI platform processes visual, spatial, and temporal data from billions of real-world events—captured across edge devices, mobile sensors, and cloud infrastructure—to enable intelligent decision-making at scale. We are searching for a Technical Program Manager to join our growing team.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects</li>
<li>Plan every phase in the project’s life cycle, from the very beginning idea phases through the closure or post-closure monitoring phases</li>
<li>Develop logical solutions to business problems by asking questions, thorough examination, coordination, and collaboration with decision makers</li>
<li>Work with product team in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities for clients</li>
<li>Team with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development</li>
<li>Prioritize and manage multiple projects, often moderately complex projects</li>
<li>Ensure products are delivered on time and within budget</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of advancements in product technologies</li>
<li>Understand the impact of emerging business trends and their implications</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Skills and Expertise:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering teams</li>
<li>Knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of successfully transforming enterprise technology processes that touch multiple disciplines</li>
<li>Experience with technology operations and support, cloud-based technologies</li>
<li>Deep hands-on technical skills</li>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Familiarity with software, hardware, and firmware solutions</strong></li>
<li>Excellent project management skills, experience working in a matrix organization</li>
<li>Leadership skills; go-getter personality with ability to excite others about a project</li>
<li>Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle ambiguity</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Bonus Criteria:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with digital transformation projects using AI and IoT</li>
<li>Proficiency in Linux and Ubuntu</li>
<li>Agile knowledge</li>
<li>Development background, including Linux (yocto), Docker</li>
<li>Previous startup experience</li>
</ul>
