<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p data-start="505" data-end="951">As a Care Center Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily clinic operations and supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff. You’ll help drive operational excellence, support a strong clinic culture, and ensure an outstanding experience for patients and providers alike. Successful managers are collaborative, hands-on leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional care.</p>
<p data-start="953" data-end="1055">This position is based in Brevard, NC and is a full-time, in-office position Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.</p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage, coach, and mentor multidisciplinary teams of 5-</span><span data-contrast="auto">10+ professionals</span><span data-contrast="auto"> at a single location</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with physician leaders to enable successful clinical, operational, and financial outcomes and ensure they have the appropriate support needed</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with teams across the company to share clinic information, </span><span data-contrast="auto">identify/resolve/escalate issues and concerns, and support on-going training</span><span data-contrast="auto"> and development</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Advocate for patients and team members </span><span data-contrast="auto">and foster a patient-centered, positive and supportive work culture</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>

<li data-section-id="1r4hkua" data-start="2072" data-end="2146">Support staffing, scheduling, workflow management, and clinic operations</li>
<li data-section-id="1z013h7" data-start="2147" data-end="2207">Coordinate clinic facility and maintenance needs as needed</li>
<li data-section-id="29h5eu" data-start="2208" data-end="2316">Help oversee wraparound patient services, including transportation and field-based support when applicable</li>
<li data-section-id="32fowt" data-start="2317" data-end="2390">Ensure a positive patient experience both inside and outside the clinic</li>
<li data-section-id="f87sb7" data-start="2391" data-end="2503">Support care delivery for a growing patient population while maintaining high standards of quality and service</li>
<li data-section-id="mzxaai" data-start="2504" data-end="2607">Assist the Director of Clinic Operations with budgeting requests and operational planning as assigned</li>
<li data-section-id="dy5o8k" data-start="2608" data-end="2709">Lead scheduling and billing workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment with operational standards</li>
<li data-section-id="1m23218" data-start="2710" data-end="2788">Support execution of operational and strategic initiatives across the clinic</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Support achievement of key clinical, financial, and quality goals across the clinics:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>

<li data-section-id="109zzp5" data-start="3043" data-end="3120">Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements</li>
<li data-section-id="1om1p8e" data-start="3121" data-end="3201">Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and clinic performance</li>

<h3>About You</h3>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You would be a great fit for this position if you have experience managing large multidisciplinary teams in healthcare, a proven record of accomplishment of delivering financial and operational results and are passionate about delivering superb care to those who need it the most. Supervisory experience in a clinical setting is required.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>
