If you want to bring your experience, skill and passion to make a lasting impact in healthcare, we’d like to meet you.&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">ABOUT THE ROLE </span>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a&nbsp;Clinical Recruiter&nbsp;to help us&nbsp;grow&nbsp;our exceptional&nbsp;clinic&nbsp;teams at Hopscotch Primary Care.&nbsp;This role would directly support market hiring and talent acquisition operations as a whole and&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;sourcing, interviewing, hiring and supporting recruiting operations across market and central teams.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is skilled and experienced in clinical recruiting, is driven to make an impact and achieve results, and is energized by the fast-paced and dynamic environment of a start-up working on the leading edge of primary care.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">WHAT YOU’LL DO</span>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute full life-cycle recruitment processes to include intake and internal partnership discussions, internal and external posting, applicant sourcing, resume review, screening interviews, interview coordination, negotiations, and offers&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide best-in-class recruitment experience for your candidates and internal&nbsp;stakeholders&nbsp;throughout the hiring process &nbsp;</li> <li>Continuously&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and advocate for ways to improve recruitment process&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain&nbsp;and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;our&nbsp;applicant&nbsp;tracking&nbsp;system (Greenhouse) to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner closely with hiring managers&nbsp;and the full TA team&nbsp;to understand&nbsp;staffing needs and execute targeted sourcing strategies&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with Marketing&nbsp;to ensure&nbsp;recruitment-focused marketing&nbsp;campaigns are impactful and well-executed&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with&nbsp;People Operations,&nbsp;Finance, Operations, IT, and others to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires&nbsp;</li> <li>Meet defined recruiting metrics and KPIs&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Occasionally&nbsp;attend,&nbsp;engage, and lead&nbsp;activities&nbsp;at&nbsp;in-person events&nbsp;and&nbsp;conferences to support clinical recruiting needs&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in a full-cycle Recruiter role, preferably in a high-growth, fast paced healthcare setting&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven proficiency in developing creative and effective sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of Greenhouse (preferred) or other applicant tracking system (ATS)</li> <li>Integrity and experience handling interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and self-manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Ability to travel in and around Western North Carolina as needed</li> <li>You are results-driven and skilled at focusing time and effort on key priorities  &nbsp;</li> <li>You are detail-oriented&nbsp;and ensure high quality work&nbsp;</li> <li>You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>You are passionate about transforming healthcare&nbsp;in&nbsp;rural communities and small towns&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>From a culture perspective you embody the Hopscotch values:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Patients First, Team Always&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Rise to the Challenge&nbsp;</li> <li>Bring Joy to the Journey&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Make Every Moment Count&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Data, Insight, Action&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS </span>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in primary care, family&nbsp;practice&nbsp;and internal medicine settings;
