About the Role

Overview  AvePoint is seeking a Business Analyst with enterprise software solutions experience to join us in our Client Services division. What will you be doing? Your job is to implement change management for our digital transformation and modern workplace projects to smoothly transition our customers through the change and improving the adoption rate at the same time. You will work with our customers in defining strategic and viable change management plans tailor made to the nature of the project, build collaterals, and perform activities to realize the plan. Your responsibilities will include: • Overseeing and leading any change management track of projects, including the researching, implementation, and assessment from start to finish. • Creating and conducting the coaching and training sessions, including e-learning for various audiences, including customer management and leadership. • Ensuring project goals are met and executed by working with numerous internal resources. • Long term relationship building with both clients and colleagues. • Ability to acknowledge and address any client issues and resolve these with the intent of exceeding client expectation. • Frame user journeys by identifying pain points and areas for improvement • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives • Create User Guide / Documentation that evolves with the program, incorporating feedback and learnings from initial rollouts and local needs. • Assess the impact of change to identify the impact and effects changes on organizational processes, systems, and people, and identify potential risks and devising strategies to address resistance and facilitate a smoother transition. • Develop and execute impactful communication strategies tailored to various target audiences, ensuring clear, meaningful messaging that resonates with stakeholder. • Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build support for change initiatives, ensuring awareness, commitment, and adoption of the assigned project.   OK, I’m interested… is this the job for me?   We look for people who value agility, passion and teamwork; those who can bring fresh ideas to the table and want the opportunity to learn, grow, and expand their careers. Bring your aptitude and build upon what you do best for our customers, partners, team, and you.  Other qualities that you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:  <ul> <li>Background/experiences in relevant fields (Computer Science, Engineering, etc. preferred).</li> <li>Professional experience with analyzing and documenting complex business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies.</li> <li>Professional experience with change requirements gathering and analysis.</li> <li>Experience producing and analyzing As-Is and To-Be documentation.</li> <li>Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.</li> <li>Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li> <li>Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint/Dynamics CRM architecture, components, and configuration preferred.</li> <li>Understanding of Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures preferred.</li> <li>Experience supervising junior associates preferred.</li> </ul> <a href="https://www.avepoint.com/about/">About AvePoint</a>  <a href="https://www.avepoint.com/blog/careers/">Check out our careers blog for content on our people, culture, and workplace!</a> We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
