<p>The ideal candidate enjoys working in a rapidly growing environment with strong focus on execution, navigating multiple stakeholders and priorities, and has an excellent understanding of formal project management methodologies, preferably including experience in using Planisware Enterprise. The Sr. Project Manager will lead the development of Project plan(s) to support functional areas or workstreams. Closely and proactively monitor the execution of the project plans and deliverables to ensure successful delivery of the program milestones, company milestones, and objectives. Anticipate potential risks and problems (e.g. resource bottlenecks, risks to critical milestones, inefficient processes) and proactively develop risk mitigation plan.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Networking and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Experience working in a highly matrixed organization with geographically dispersed teams</li>
<li>Problem solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives, solve issues (conflict management and facilitation skills), anticipate problems and achieve objectives, while keeping an eye on the big picture</li>
<li>Strategic and analytical thinking skills to assimilate complex information, operate effectively in situations of ambiguity and simplify complex issues</li>
<li>Understanding/experience working within a functional area such as clinical, preclinical, CMC or regulatory affairs would be considered beneficial</li>
<li>Full understanding of drug development business processes</li>
<li>High competence in use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or equivalent and other PM appropriate tools</li>
<li>Experience with Planisware Enterprise and Office Timeline is preferred but not required</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry</li>
<li>Minimum 5+ years' experience in project/program management roles in the pharma/biotech industry</li>
<li>Experience in late phase development organizations</li>
<li>Experience with NDA submissions is preferable</li>
<li>Familiarity of working with clinical trials from a project/program management stance</li>

<p>The starting base pay range for this position is $130,000.00 - $160,403.00. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location.</p>
