Reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives, the role both leads work and serves as advisor to others across a portfolio of process improvement efforts aligned to the company’s most important priorities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Lead enterprise-level&nbsp;business process improvement&nbsp;efforts&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead a&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;set of enterprise-level business process improvement&nbsp;efforts&nbsp;which are&nbsp;standalone projects&nbsp;or&nbsp;a&nbsp;workstream&nbsp;within a larger project&nbsp;</li> <li>Support&nbsp;up front scoping of the&nbsp;business process improvement&nbsp;efforts&nbsp;including&nbsp;objectives, measures of success, and&nbsp;resourcing&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;</li> <li>Coach and support&nbsp;project&nbsp;teams&nbsp;in process mapping,&nbsp;root cause analysis&nbsp;and&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;and&nbsp;prioritizing improvement opportunities&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead or support the implementation of process improvements&nbsp;</li> <li>Support business process owners&nbsp;in&nbsp;developing reporting needs and&nbsp;plans for&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;process&nbsp;effectiveness&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Create documentation&nbsp;which can be&nbsp;read and&nbsp;understood&nbsp;by non-experts</li> <li>&nbsp;Design and execute&nbsp;robust change management,&nbsp;change communications&nbsp;and training&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner&nbsp;actively with&nbsp;other&nbsp;teams&nbsp;at&nbsp;MidPen&nbsp;that&nbsp;work on&nbsp;talent&nbsp;effectiveness,&nbsp;internal communications&nbsp;and&nbsp;IT and Data Analytics&nbsp;as work is scoped and executed&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Advise&nbsp;department&nbsp;leaders&nbsp;on&nbsp;business&nbsp;process improvement&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Consult with&nbsp;department&nbsp;leaders&nbsp;to help them vet and prioritize&nbsp;departmental&nbsp;opportunities&nbsp;for business process improvement, including&nbsp;the integration of&nbsp;AI&nbsp;tools&nbsp;and&nbsp;agents&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as a thought&nbsp;partner&nbsp;as work is scoped&nbsp;and&nbsp;advise&nbsp;departmental&nbsp;staff&nbsp;on&nbsp;appropriate tools,&nbsp;templates&nbsp;and methodologies&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide feedback on&nbsp;materials&nbsp;that are&nbsp;developed by departments,&nbsp;such&nbsp;process maps, monitoring&nbsp;plans&nbsp;or training&nbsp;content&nbsp;to&nbsp;help make those materials&nbsp;easier to understand or use&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Support the Director, Strategic Initiatives in driving the adoption of business process improvement methodologies at MidPen&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Recommend&nbsp;new enterprise-level&nbsp;business&nbsp;process improvement opportunities&nbsp;based on&nbsp;work with&nbsp;department leaders and project teams&nbsp;</li> <li>&nbsp;Recommend&nbsp;enterprise&nbsp;standards&nbsp;for business process documentation&nbsp;including&nbsp;templates and&nbsp;real-life examples from work at&nbsp;MidPen</li> <li>Recommend&nbsp;options for 3<sup>rd</sup>&nbsp;party training on business process improvement&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
