<h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">About the Position</span></h3> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills to join our Talent Development team. Our Talent Development Specialists help organize and run a variety of internal programs, such as our Tech and Strategy &amp; Product internships. Additionally, you may support various rotational programs and internal education offerings for full-time employees across different departments.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">You will work closely with key program stakeholders across HR and other areas of the firm to execute daily tasks involved with preparing for our high-priority programs, providing on-site support during programs, and tracking feedback and historical data.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Additional responsibilities of the role will include:</span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Coordinating all aspects of learning and development programs, including scheduling events, managing rosters, creating materials, and overseeing logistics</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Preparing and analyzing participation data and feedback with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; identifying and proposing areas for improvement</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Responding to employee queries and fielding to other team members as appropriate</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Being the on-site point of contact available to support participants and programs as they’re running</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Assisting with talent development and other company-wide projects and initiatives</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">About You</span></h3> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant practical experience, and 3-6 years of experience in program/project management or a related field&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Interested in understanding and improving processes</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Able to handle competing priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong analytical thinker and problem-solver; comfortable organizing, preparing, and interpreting data</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approachable and humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Excellent stakeholder manager and written and verbal communicator</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Able to think strategically about the big picture while getting the details right, and to evolve programs based on user feedback&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Have a positive, professional attitude and presence</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">No financial industry experience is required</span></li> </ul> <p><em>If you're a recruiting agency and want to partner with us, please reach out to </em><em>[email protected]</em><em>. </em></p>
