Start something special today.&nbsp;<em><strong>Northmarq was voted by Real Estate Forum as one of The Best Places to Work in Commercial Real Estate!&nbsp;</strong></em></p> <p>Northmarq’s <strong>Debt &amp; Equity</strong> team in <strong>West Palm Beach, FL</strong> is seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Investment Analyst</strong> to support a high-volume production origination team executing commercial real estate financings across the capital stack, with a strong emphasis on multifamily and agency (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) executions, alongside life company, bank, debt fund, and equity capital.</p> <p><strong><em>*This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date.</em></strong></p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Underwrite income-producing commercial real estate assets</li> <li>Analyze cash flow, valuation, leverage, and returns</li> <li>Prepare lender/investor packages and transaction materials</li> <li>Coordinate quote tracking, due diligence, and closing execution</li> <li>Support financing processes across agency, bank, life company, debt fund, and equity sources</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2+ years of relevant CRE finance, underwriting, or investment experience is required</li> <li>Strong experience underwriting multifamily or other income-producing assets</li> <li>Experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac executions highly preferred</li> <li>Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills is required</li> <li>Excellent writing and communication skills</li> <li>Self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with a strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and an interest in using AI and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy</li> </ul> <p><em><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Northmarq offers a highly competitive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401K match and an annual discretionary contribution based on business performance, paid parental leave and adoption assistance, education assistance, volunteer paid time off, charitable contribution match and so much more!</span></strong></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Please note: Northmarq carefully considers multiple factors to determine title and compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience.
