ensure stories meet INVEST.</p> <p>● Define and maintain process maps (as-is/to-be), business rules, and decision logs.</p> <p>● Identify and document non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, security, auditability) and operational impacts.</p> <p>● Support prioritisation with Product Owner/Business Owner; manage scope and change control.</p> <p>● Enable testing and adoption: support UAT, training needs, comms, and release readiness.</p> <p>● Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Planning, Daily, Refinement, Review, Retro.</p> <p>● Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.</p> <p>● Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and drive timely escalation where needed.</p> <p>● Protect the team from unplanned work; promote sustainable pace and predictable delivery.</p> <p>● Establish and maintain Definition of Ready/Done, working agreements, and quality practices.</p> <p>● Track and improve delivery metrics.</p> <p>● Coordinate across technology, operations, risk/compliance, and change/release teams.</p> <p>● Maintain RAID, dependency mapping, and delivery plans aligned to governance expectations.</p> <p>● Ensure traceability from requirement → build → test → release;
