The Compliance Specialist I supports the organization’s regulatory, contractual, and customer compliance activities by assisting with compliance documentation, customer request tracking, supplier communication, and record control. Working under established procedures and guidance, this role helps ensure customer compliance requests are processed accurately, supplier documentation is collected and maintained, and compliance records are audit ready.</p> <p>The Compliance Specialist II independently manages customer compliance and regulatory requests, supports contract and purchase order review for compliance-related requirements, and ensures appropriate flow down of customer, regulatory, and contractual obligations to suppliers. font-size: 10pt;">Review customer contracts and purchase orders to identify compliance, regulatory, and customer flow down requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">FAR / DFARS Flow Down</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify applicable FAR/DFARS clauses in customer contracts and POs.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure FAR/DFARS requirements are flowed down to suppliers and properly documented.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain objective evidence of supplier compliance to flowed-down requirements.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><u>Position Requirements</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or related field <strong>OR</strong> equivalent professional experience.</li> <li>3 - 6 years experience in compliance, quality, supply chain, or regulated manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Experience supporting customer compliance requests and contract/PO review processes.</li> <li>Working knowledge of REACH, RoHS, CMRT/EMRT, and other compliances and regulations.</li> <li>Working understanding of FAR/DFARS flow down requirements</li> <li>Strong documentation and traceability discipline</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities independently</li> <li>Effective cross-functional and supplier communication skills</li> <li>This position may be asked to drive for company purposes during the course of employment.
