This engineer will contribute to the full design lifecycle from concept through production, leading mechanical design efforts with a high degree of independence and ownership.</p> <p style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Develop and own mechanical designs for UAV components and assemblies using SolidWorks, maintaining all documentation and revision control within EPDM</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Support composite structure design including laminate layup schedules for Kevlar and carbon prepreg materials</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Perform thermal modeling and analysis using the SolidWorks simulation suite to validate component and system-level designs</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Produce detailed drawings, BOMs, and release packages that meet engineering and manufacturing requirements</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; font-size: 11.0pt;">6 to 10 years of relevant mechanical design experience in aerospace, defense, or UAV development</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks 3D modeling and EPDM data management</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks with minimal supervision</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;
