Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.</div>The role We’re looking for a Group Product Manager - Security to lead and scale Nebius’ Security Product domain.  This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Nebius’ customer-facing security portfolio, including foundational security controls and security products offered across the platform and marketplace.  The Group Product Manager - Security will lead a team of Product Managers, build and scale the security product organization, and serve as a key partner to the CISO and Platform Security leadership. This role blends portfolio strategy, technical fluency, and people leadership - ensuring Nebius’ security capabilities serve as a foundation for trusted AI infrastructure and enterprise cloud adoption.  This position is Europe-based with global scope and reports to the Head of Security Products within the Product organization.  Your responsibilities will include:  1. Security Product Portfolio Leadership  <ul> <li>Define and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for Nebius’ Security product portfolio, including foundational security controls and customer-facing security products; </li> <li>Ensure a cohesive vision across horizontal platform capabilities and standalone security offerings; </li> <li>Translate enterprise security needs into scalable, productized solutions that differentiate Nebius in the European and global cloud market; </li> <li>Drive prioritization across multiple product lines, balancing platform foundations with revenue-enabling security services. </li> </ul>  2. People Leadership & Team Building  <ul> <li>Directly manage and mentor a team of Security Product Managers; </li> <li>Hire and scale a high-performing security product team aligned with Nebius’ growth plans; </li> <li>Establish strong product management practices within the security domain, including discovery frameworks, roadmap governance, and outcome-based execution; </li> <li>Coach PMs to operate strategically while maintaining strong execution discipline. </li> </ul> 3. Product Execution & Delivery  <ul> <li>Guide new security features and services from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable impact; </li> <li>Oversee backlog prioritization, customer feedback loops, and postmortem processes across the security portfolio; </li> <li>Partner closely with Engineering leadership to influence architectural decisions that strengthen platform security while maintaining performance and usability; </li> <li>Ensure security capabilities are enterprise-grade, scalable, and aligned with modern cloud architecture principles. </li> </ul> 4. Enterprise & Customer Focus  <ul> <li>Engage with enterprise customers to understand security expectations, adoption blockers, and evolving threat landscapes; </li> <li>Partner with Sales and Customer-facing teams to address complex security inquiries and enable enterprise deals; </li> <li>Position security as a competitive advantage in regulated and security-conscious industries; </li> <li>Drive adoption and usability of foundational controls and security products across the platform. </li> </ul>  5. Cross-functional Collaboration  <ul> <li>Work closely with the CISO and Director of Platform Security as peer stakeholders to align product direction with security strategy; </li> <li>Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Platform Security, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure cohesive execution; </li> <li>Align security roadmap priorities with other product domains to maintain consistency across the cloud platform; </li> <li>Influence long-term architectural decisions to ensure security is embedded by design. </li> </ul>  6. Market & Competitive Positioning  <ul> <li>Continuously evaluate cloud security trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings; </li> <li>Identify opportunities to expand Nebius’ security portfolio in areas such as AI workload protection, posture management, and data security; </li> <li>Ensure Nebius remains enterprise-ready and competitive in the evolving European and global cloud landscape. </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2+ years leading Product Managers as a Group Product Manager or equivalent role; </li> <li>Proven experience owning multiple product lines or a complex platform domain; </li> <li>Experience building and mentoring product teams; </li> <li>Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals, including identity and access management, encryption, secrets management, logging, and security monitoring concepts; </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to influence engineering architecture decisions in a cloud or infrastructure environment; </li> <li>Strong enterprise mindset with experience supporting complex customer requirements; </li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively alongside senior leaders such as CISO, Security Leadership, and Engineering Directors; </li> <li>Data-driven and execution-oriented, with the ability to translate strategy into shipped products. </li> </ul> Nice to have: <ul> <li>Experience delivering customer-facing security products or platform security capabilities; </li> <li>Strong advantage: Prior experience at a Cloud Service Provider or hyperscaler.<span class="EOP Selected SCXW132822082 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":1080,"335559737":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":279,"335559991":360}"> </li> </ul> About Nebius Nebius AI is an AI cloud platform with one of the largest GPU capacities in Europe.
