Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&amp;D.</p></div><p><strong>Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (Global)</strong></p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Nebius is scaling rapidly, and Talent Acquisition Operations is at the center of enabling that growth. We’re looking for a <strong>Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist</strong> to support and strengthen our TA Ops function globally. In this role, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and cross-functional partners to help maintain efficient, consistent, and compliant hiring processes. You’ll contribute to improving workflows, supporting systems, and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.</p> <p>This is a collaborative, hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with systems and data, and continuously improving how things work. The role will be located either from <strong>Madrid, Spain.</strong></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p><strong>TA Operations &amp; Process Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the execution of end-to-end TA processes, ensuring consistency while adapting to regional requirements.</li> <li>Help identify inefficiencies or gaps in recruiting workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Maintain and update TA documentation, including SOPs, playbooks, and process guidelines.</li> <li>Partner with HR, Legal, and People Systems teams to support compliant and standardized hiring practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Systems, Tools &amp; Technology</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the day-to-day administration of TA systems (ATS, background checks, assessments, offer management tools).</li> <li>Assist with system updates, enhancements, and implementations, including testing and user support.</li> <li>Help document business requirements and user needs for system improvements.</li> <li>Ensure data accuracy and proper system usage by following established governance practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration &amp; Change Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional teams to support smooth hiring operations.</li> <li>Help with the rollout of new processes, tools, and updates through clear communication and training.</li> <li>Gather feedback from stakeholders to help improve processes and tools over time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data, Reporting &amp; Insights</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with HR Analytics or TA leadership to help generate insights on hiring activity and operational performance.</li> <li>Use data to help identify trends and areas for improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Enablement &amp; Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in training recruiters and coordinators on TA tools and processes.</li> <li>Help troubleshoot system or operational issues and escalate when needed.</li> <li>Work closely with TA Ops and coordination team members to ensure consistent support as the function grows.<strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>3+ years of experience</strong> in Talent Acquisition Operations, TA Coordination, or People Operations, with global exposure preferred.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>ATS platforms, especially Greenhouse </strong>and related TA technologies (background checks, assessments, offer management, HRIS integrations)</li> <li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a collaborative mindset.</li> <li>Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.</li> <li>Comfort working with data and reports (basic to intermediate level).</li> <li>Interest in improving processes and learning new systems.</li> <li>Proactive mindset — you take initiative and follow through on tasks.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation</li> <li>Career growth and learning opportunities</li> <li>Flexibility and work-life balance</li> <li>Collaborative and innovative culture</li> <li>Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects</li> <li>International environment and talented teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>What's it like to work at Nebius:</strong></p> <p>Fast moving&nbsp;- Bold thinking&nbsp;- Constant growth&nbsp;- Meaningful impact&nbsp;- Trust and real ownership&nbsp;- Opportunity to shape the future of AI&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement:</strong></p> <p>Nebius is an equal opportunity employer.
