We are seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across our Corporate Functions and General & Administrative (G&A) organizations. This role will be closely partnered with hiring leaders across functions such as Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Legal, Corporate Commercial roles, Communications, Strategy, and other business-critical teams to identify, attract, and hire world-class talent. The ideal candidate is a consultative talent advisor with a strong track record of delivering exceptional hiring outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You are passionate about creating outstanding candidate experiences, influencing stakeholders, and driving recruiting strategies that support business goals with speed and quality. You Will <ul> <li>Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, organizational priorities, and workforce planning objectives.</li> <li>Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent across corporate and G&A functions.</li> <li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs.</li> <li>Leverage networking, market intelligence, referrals, and recruiting tools to identify and engage passive and active candidates.</li> <li>Assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and organizational values through structured interviews and evaluation processes.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing talent market insights, compensation guidance, and recommendations that support informed hiring decisions.</li> <li>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Lucid's culture and employer brand.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Talent Acquisition peers, and business stakeholders throughout the hiring process.</li> <li>Ensure accurate candidate data management and compliance within the applicant tracking system.</li> <li>Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring trends to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and operational excellence.</li> </ul> You Bring <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.</li> <li>8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience supporting corporate and G&A functions.</li> <li>Proven success recruiting for positions across areas such as Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Legal, Corporate Commercial roles, Communications, and Strategy.</li> <li>Strong sourcing expertise and demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive talent for competitive or hard-to-fill roles.</li> <li>Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and executives on talent acquisition strategies.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Strong interview, assessment, and offer negotiation capabilities.</li> <li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing technologies.</li> <li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to influence decisions.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.</li> <li>Experience in high-growth technology, automotive, manufacturing, or consumer-facing organizations is a plus.</li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li>Experience with Greenhouse ATS and SAP</li> <li>Strong executive presence and consultative approach.</li> <li>Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results with minimal direction.</li> <li>Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.</li> <li>Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equitable hiring practices.</li> </ul> This is an opportunity to help shape the teams that are driving Lucid's next phase of growth while partnering with leaders across the organization to attract transformative talent.
