<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As the <strong>Marketing Strategy team, we</strong> drive growth by attracting new users and increasing the reach, visibility, and sales of our experiences and brands. We create <strong>data-driven campaigns</strong> that connect with the right audiences across channels like <strong>Meta, TikTok, Google, TV, and more</strong>. From strategy to execution, we’re focused on generating awareness, boosting engagement, and turning interest into action.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you will serve as the commercial and strategic engine behind a high-impact portfolio of exclusive, global entertainment experiences. Based in Madrid, you will hold full P&L and budget ownership, blending advanced data analytics with multi-channel digital expertise to drive massive demand and regional market penetration. By uniting cross-functional teams and strategic partners under a single vision, you will spearhead innovative, high-ROI campaigns that keep our brand at the cutting edge of digital entertainment marketing.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You´ll Do</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="217" data-end="375"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for your experiences, driving demand, visibility, and long-term growth across a broad portfolio of high-impact experiences.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="217" data-end="375"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop compelling, scalable marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, including strategic partner events and Fever Originals.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="217" data-end="375"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Meta (primary), Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistent performance and strong ROI.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="217" data-end="375"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with the Business Strategy and Growth Marketing teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and define strategies that maximize regional growth.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="217" data-end="375"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product teams to ensure unified, high-impact marketing execution.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="217" data-end="375"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead meetings with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure alignment, progress, and successful delivery of key projects.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="217" data-end="375"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Oversee and optimize large-scale marketing budgets and take full ownership of the P&L for your region.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1635" data-end="1800"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">8+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing, with deep expertise in Meta and strong performance across Google, TikTok, and other paid digital channels.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1635" data-end="1800"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to design and execute large-scale marketing strategies with measurable business impact.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1635" data-end="1800"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Highly analytical mindset, with strong command of performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-driven decision-making.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1635" data-end="1800"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings with partners and internal teams effectively.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1635" data-end="1800"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Native/bilingual level of English; additional languages are a plus.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1635" data-end="1800"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1635" data-end="1800"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in entertainment, experiential marketing, media, or consumer tech is preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1635" data-end="1800"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Interest in developing your career at Fever and working from Madrid.</span></li>
