<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Truveta is seeking a talented and top-performing sales executive to join our team as a Director of Life Sciences Business Development reporting to the Vice President of Business Development. We are looking for an individual with a passion for solving business problems with technology, data, and analytics, as well as a proven sales track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets, and a history of prospecting, building, and growing relationships with Life Science companies.</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Scale Truveta’s medical device and health tech partner base.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage with potential prospects.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify new business opportunities and build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Life Science companies.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Qualify leads to understanding client needs, and challenges to gauge compatibility with Truveta solutions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrate Truveta’s value proposition and a deep understanding of Real-World Data to our clients and prospects.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop meaningful proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate the value of partnering with Truveta.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain prospect information within Truveta’s CRM system and maintain forecasting compliance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and execute quarterly strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives in the Life Sciences industry.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Responsible for territory management, developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies within a designated territory.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Continue to expand your knowledge of Truveta products, and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Represent Truveta at industry events and conferences.</span></li>

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years' experience in Life Sciences Real World Data and analytics business development.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Previous track record as a successful business development executive at an RWD company selling to life sciences, including relevant RWD expertise and contacts.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers in Life Science companies.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with navigating complex Life Science or HealthTech or Med Device organizations to identify key stakeholders and traversing complicated and extensive enterprise-wide sales cycles</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with enterprise-level RWD Life Sciences data strategies, RWD operating mechanisms (Centers of Excellence) within the Enterprise, and enterprise-level RWD informatics platform investments.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to lead comprehensive selling processes at various levels within the Life Sciences enterprise including C-suite level, business leader unit level, and with IT and Procurement organizations.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience with matrixed management of cross-functional teams in start-up environments.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with conveying the Voice of the Customer to internal stakeholders.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrate exceptional written and communication skills and experience developing external relationships.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams</span></li>

Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.</span></li>
