<p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Reporting to our National Sales Development Manager, you will be trained by the industry’s best and brightest, offering comprehensive in-depth training, professional development and a team that is dedicated to helping you succeed. You will start your training with one-two months of hands-on training in the field, working closely with industry professionals servicing our clients. This immersive period will provide a deep understanding of Triumvirate’s business model, services, and solutions. Designed with a clear path to advancement, this position aims to transition you into a key role within our Corporate Sales Team.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Following the completion of your hands-on fieldwork performing our services at client sites, you will have the exciting opportunity to spend one month at our headquarters in Boston for additional sales training with your fellow sales team members, all paid for by Triumvirate. Here, you will undergo comprehensive sales training, engage in targeted prospecting activities, and learn how to conduct effective cold calls for your home region. This unique experience in Boston is structured to equip you with advanced skills and knowledge, preparing you for a successful career in sales.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">After your sales training in Boston (about 1 month), we will facilitate your relocation back to your home region, where you will apply your newly acquired expertise to drive sales growth and personal success. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><strong>Essential responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Work closely with the sales team and mentors to identify and qualify potential customers and target markets.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Utilize various forms of communication (cold calls, email and call campaigns, social media) to open “new doors.”</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Manage leads by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Collaborate with the sales team and your dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Learn and utilize various sales and prospecting tools to get meetings for you and your BDM to take together.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Learn, practice, and master the consultative sales process, Sandler Sales</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Deeply understand prospects goals and the problems they are trying to solve.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Consult with clients to help them reach their sustainability goals.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Attend industry networking events to promote Triumvirate Environmental and identify prospects or potential networking partners.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Build a positive reputation with colleagues (field personnel and internal Triumvirate Environmental departments.)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">After your first year as a Sales Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to continue your sales career and become a Business Development Associate (BDA).</span></li>
