We seek highly motivated individuals with the dedication, integrity, and creative spirit needed to thrive in our organization.</div> The Global Program Director - Enablement, will drive the development, creation and implementation of high quality, global, coordinated cross-functional projects plans for products in accordance with the program strategy. In addition, this role may be asked to lead and/or participate in special department, cross-functional, or team projects. In this vital role, the individual will be a Business Partner to the Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Medical Officer and will work closely with the VPs Franchise Portfolio Management, Medical Strategists, and Commercial Brand Executives. The role will lead cross-functional Launch Readiness activities and support drug development and commercialization activities of pipeline or inline products. This person will report into the Vice President, Enterprise Performance Management Office (EPMO). Principle Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serves as a business partner to Enablement function ELT members (Chief Scientific Officer & Chief Medical Officer), driving accountability through the organization to Azurity’s Management System</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with functional leads to develop high quality, integrated, cross-functional plans aligned with the overall program strategy (product lifecycle and other strategic projects)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage Launch Readiness projects ensuring they achieve their intended targets, including leading the project team, updating R&D management on project status, ensuring up-to-date project data, and guiding projects through Stage Gate reviews.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Documents issues, decisions and action items of Launch Readiness Teams and ad hoc project team meetings</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conducts risk management, scenario planning and develops contingency and/or risk mitigation plans</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Development and direct operational activities and strategic planning to meet organizational goals.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive continuous improvement in process</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Integration of licensed/acquired products into the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain documentation repository across stage gates</li> </ul> Qualifications and Education requirements: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical company</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Outstanding project management capability, with Project Management certification preferred</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to interact widely and effectively within the company across departments and management levels</li> </ul> All below are required  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">adaptability within a fast-paced environment o excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">eagerness to learn o strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">well-developed sense of responsibility</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">forward thinking</li> </ul> </li> </ul> #LI-Hybrid<div class="content-conclusion">The California Consumer Privacy Act regulates privacy rights and consumer protection for residents of California, United States.
