This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your expertise within the <strong>Securities Services domain</strong>, supporting large‑scale change initiatives for leading global banks and financial services.<br><br>This project is with a leading bank as a<strong> Test Lead</strong> for&nbsp;<strong>Digital Assets and Tokenization </strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and deliver end‑to‑end testing strategies and plans for digital asset initiatives, including platform transformations and product launches.</li> <li>Lead and coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and integration testing across multiple workstreams.</li> <li>Design detailed test scenarios and test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional, technical, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Manage defect lifecycle activities, including prioritisation, triage, tracking, and resolution with technology and business teams.</li> <li>Ensure solutions are production‑ready, meeting business expectations, technical standards, and regulatory obligations.</li> <li>Provide testing governance and status reporting, highlighting risks, dependencies, and quality metrics to stakeholders.</li> <li>Continuously enhance testing frameworks, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and quality outcomes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience &amp; Certification</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 5+ years experience in software testing within financial services or other regulated environments.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong track record leading SIT and UAT phases for complex, multi‑system implementations.</li> <li>Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA governance, and defect management practices.</li> <li>Ability to produce clear, structured test documentation, reports, and executive‑level updates.</li> <li>Knowledge or hands‑on experience with digital assets, DLT / blockchain platforms, custody, trading systems, or digital wallets is an advantage.</li> <li>Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.</li> <li>Mandarin / Cantonese is preferred but not a must&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div class="page" data-page-number="1" data-loaded="true">&nbsp;</div> <div class="page" data-page-number="2" data-loaded="true"> <div class="textLayer">&nbsp;</div> </div>
