This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical support and project management through our 6-month <strong>AvePoint Technical Enrichment Program (ATEP)</strong>. As a <strong><em>Technical Associate</em></strong>, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our project management team. This program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of our operations, while also giving you the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing projects.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support and participate in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, focusing on learning the core aspects of project management.</li> <li>Assist in the development and implementation of product support strategies.</li> <li>Assist in coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables under the guidance of senior project managers.</li> <li>Utilizing your knowledge of our software to deliver effective resolutions and answers to customer issues and inquiries under supervision.</li> <li>Participate in team meetings and provide input on possible improvements to products and processes.</li> <li>Offers insights and suggestions that contribute to the team’s objectives, under the mentorship of more experienced colleagues.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression.</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget.</li> <li>Monitor and track project performance and report any issues to the project manager.</li> <li>Provide administrative support and other tasks as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A recent graduate of a related IT field (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, etc.)</li> <li>Strong interest in project management and technical support.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment.</li> <li>Develop skills in project management and technical support.</li> <li>Opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals.</li> <li>Potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>AvePoint is proud to employ talent from many different backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
