The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a client-facing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have hands-on experience working in Agile teams.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot Develop and manage event-driven systems using Apache Kafka</p> <p>Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions</p> <p>Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives</p> <p>Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and testing</p> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders</p> <p>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</p> <p>6–8 years of hands-on experience in Java development Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture</p> <p>Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, event streaming)</p> <p>Good understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems</p> <p>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p> <p>Proven ability to work in a client-facing role</p> <p>Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)</p> <p>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Exposure to NoSQL/SQL databases Key Competencies Strong problem-solving skills</p> <p>Client handling and stakeholder management Ownership and accountability</p> <p>Team collaboration and adaptability</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>If you are keen to join us, you will be part of an organization that values your contributions, recognizes your potential, and provides ample opportunities for growth.
