This individual will report into our Outbound Manager and is responsible for the oversight, development, and accountability of the Picking Team. Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: 335,000 sq. ft. in Dayton, NJ at 30 Apple Orchard Dr., Suite 1, Dayton, NJ 08810 Schedule: This role oversees an operation that runs Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET and Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. ET (Saturdays run based on operational need). While this position generally follows a schedule of Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 11:30pm ET, operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require leaders to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule. Leaders are expected to maintain a flexible schedule and adjust their working hours as needed to support the business and their teams. Base Salary: The expected starting salary for the position is $72,440 to $90,550 within a full position range of $72,440 to $108,660 annually. This range reflects the long-term earning potential for the role. Our starting pay practice is the minimum to middle portion of the range, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity, consistent with applicable law and it is rare for a new hire to start above the midpoint.
