This individual will report into our Inventory Control Manager and is responsible for the oversight, development, and accountability of the Replenishment Team. Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: 196,000 sq. ft. in Reno, NV at 9460 N. Virginia St., Suite C, Reno, NV 89506 Schedule: This position generally follows a schedule of Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. PT, operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require leaders to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule. Leaders are expected to maintain a flexible schedule and adjust their working hours as needed to support the business and their teams. Salary: $66,000 – $83,000 per year  Please note: Training for this position will be Monday through Friday, from 11:00am to 7:30pm PST for the first 2 weeks!  Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead shift start-up meetings and relaying any staffing/volume concerns to the Inventory Control Manager</li> <li>Assign work to replenishment associates</li> <li>Ensure priority replenishments and non-priority replenishment are completed with the provided deadlines</li> <li>Check inventory discrepancies identified during replenishment</li> <li>Track performance of each team member and providing consistent feedback regularly along with check-ins</li> <li>Ensure individual and departmental KPI success</li> <li>Conduct monthly check-ins with each member of the replenishment team in order to establish rapport and provide feedback</li> <li>Immediately address all personnel and performance related incidents that arise</li> <li>Ensure the associate’s timecards are accurate and up to date</li> <li>Attend and participating in the HR Leadership meetings twice a month</li> <li>Execute all process improvements developed and in partnership with the Inventory Control Manager to support the growth</li> <li>Execute all projects assigned by the Inventory Control Manager</li> <li>All members of leadership are expected to lead by example and maintain professional standards in the workplace</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li> <li>1–2 years of leadership experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment</li> <li>Proven experience overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop associates to achieve departmental goals</li> <li>Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and standard operating procedures</li> <li>Strong understanding of safety practices and ability to promote a safe and compliant work environment</li> <li>Fundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain and logistics concepts</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Outlook, and Excel)</li> <li>Strong problem solving and time management skills; strong attention to detail</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently, multitask and follow process and standard procedures</li> <li>Ability to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independently <ul> <li>Employees are expected to seek help or use appropriate equipment to ensure safety for any task involving pushing or pulling that exceeds 60 pounds</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per day</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications:  <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="42" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="13" data-aria-level="1">Prior experience collaborating cross-functionally to implement process improvements or operational initiatives</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="42" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="13" data-aria-level="1">Familiarity with performance management, including conducting feedback sessions and supporting employee development</li> </ul> Why work with us:  <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="42" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="14" data-aria-level="1">We have awesome benefits – We offer a wide variety of benefits to help support you and your loved ones.
