<h2>A Day in the Life:</h2>
<p>In the position of Director, Distribution Engineering & Systems, you will direct and implement operational strategies, business processes, and systems for overall distribution. Leverage industrial engineering principles and end-to-end supply chain management software to design optimized workflows and develop long-term strategies. Utilize SAP S/4 HANA environments, complex data modeling, and advanced analytical tools to support critical business decision-making and maintain high standards for productivity, safety, and compliance.</p>
<h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2>
<ul>
<li>
<div>Expertly manage end-to-end supply chain management software to ensure seamless coordination across the entire distribution network.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Oversee and optimize distribution operations within SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and SAP TM (Transportation Management) to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Design and implement optimized warehouse process workflows using Industrial Engineering methodologies to improve day-to-day operations and reduce waste.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Build and maintain dynamic tools and complex data models to handle large datasets, providing the insights necessary to support high-level business decision-making.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Perform advanced warehouse productivity analysis to identify inefficiencies and execute significant improvements to systems and products.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Utilize Power BI and Advanced Excel to build dashboards and automated reporting tools that monitor operations, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance targets for all shipping locations.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Maintain responsibility and manage all aspects of people management, fostering a culture of collaboration</div>
</li>
</ul>
<h2>Who You Are:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Supply Chain Operations, Warehouse Operations, or a related field.</li>
<li>Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse Operations</li>
<li>Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in leadership capacity</li>
<li>Computer Skills Desired: Comprehensive experience in end-to-end supply chain management software, SAP EWM, SAP</li>
<li>TM, and SAP S/4HANA. Advanced Excel, expert-level proficiency.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Power BI and other Warehouse<br>Management Systems (WMS)</li>
