Backed by 22 years of digital advertising expertise, our high-performance infrastructure and speed-to-market advantage make us one of the fastest-growing DSPs in the industry.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>MediaGo is seeking a Team Lead to drive revenue growth in the U.S. programmatic advertising market. You will lead sales operations, identify new business opportunities, develop and execute growth strategies, manage a high-performing team, and provide data-driven insights to support business development and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a results-driven, hands-on leader who can combine market insight with effective execution to strengthen MediaGo’s presence in the U.S. market.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead sales operations in the U.S. market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the programmatic advertising industry, including new client acquisition, partnership development, and strategic account growth.</li> <li>Develop and execute sales strategies, guiding the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.</li> <li>Conduct market research and analyze U.S. market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging business models to provide data-driven support for business development strategies and decision-making.</li> <li>Deliver compelling presentations to clients and partners, clearly communicating the value of the company’s services and solutions.</li> <li>Provide regular updates to senior management on business performance, team progress, and achievement of revenue targets.</li> <li>Responsible for the revenue growth of the US market; directly manage the US team, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and support functions, by setting goals, monitoring performance, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective day-to-day office operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.</li> <li>10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the programmatic advertising industry.</li> <li> <div class="mp-paragraph-wrapper hxj" data-morpho-type="paragraph" data-slate-node="element" data-morpho-block-id="docyg-3b37e7f1-c958-11f0-92ae-2dc680d524c0" data-morpho-padding="0"><span data-morpho-text="At%20least%205%20years%20of%20proven%20experience%20in%20sales%20team%20management%2C%20"><span data-raw-font-value="#E61300">At least 5 years of proven experience in sales team management, </span></span><span data-morpho-text="self-driven%20and"><span data-raw-font-value="#0DAE2F">self-driven and</span></span><span data-morpho-text="%20with%20a%20strong%20track%20record%20of%20achieving%20revenue%20targets"><span data-raw-font-value="#E61300"> with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets</span></span><span data-morpho-text="%20and%20building%20robust%20relationships%20with%20clients%20and%20partners."> and building robust relationships with clients and partners.</span></div> </li> <li>Experience working with ad tech vendors and platforms, direct advertisers, agency trading desks, SSPs, and DSPs.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of leveraging data to drive business decisions.</li> <li>Willingness to travel as required by business needs.</li> <li>Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.</li> </ul> <p>Estimated Base Salary Range: 150k-278k USD</p>
