Senior Salesforce Developer, AI & Agentforce at Plative

<p>Senior Salesforce Developer and AI Engineer<br><br>Plative is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong AI engineering experience to join our<br>delivery team. This is a technical, hands-on role for someone who builds in both the Salesforce<br>ecosystem and modern AI tooling. You will own complex development work across Apex, LWC, and<br>integrations while driving Agent force and Data Cloud implementations for our customers.<br><br>What You'll Do:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and<br>Salesforce APIs. You will write integrations that connect Salesforce to external systems via REST<br>and SOAP, and own that work from architecture through production.</li> <li>Implement Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions. This means standing up agents, grounding them<br>with real customer data, and building the architecture that makes AI features reliable in an enterprise<br>context.</li> <li>Apply machine learning and generative AI techniques alongside Salesforce work. You have worked<br>with LLMs, Python-based ML libraries, or AI frameworks and can bring that thinking into how you<br>scope and build Salesforce features.</li> <li>Build full stack. You are comfortable in JavaScript and React beyond what Salesforce requires, and<br>you can contribute to front-end work when a project needs it.</li> <li>Contribute technically on customer calls. You will gather requirements, explain architectural<br>decisions, and debug issues directly with stakeholders.</li> <li>Collaborate within an agile delivery model, manage user stories, and review code from junior and<br>outsourced developers.<br><br>What We're Looking For:</li> <li>5+ years of Salesforce development with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce<br>APIs</li> <li>Hands-on Agent force and Data Cloud experience, including real implementations</li> <li>Apex-based integration experience connecting Salesforce to external platforms via REST and<br>SOAP</li> <li>Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and AI tooling (Python, Lang Chain, OpenAI<br>API, Azure OpenAI, or similar)</li> <li>Experience with Einstein AI, Models API, or other Salesforce-native AI features</li> <li>Proficiency in Salesforce CLI for metadata operations, scratch org management, and<br>deployment workflows</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce org migrations, including metadata dependency management<br>and environment-to-environment syncing</li> <li>Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one front-end framework (React preferred)</li> <li>Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Git-based version control</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication in English<br><br>Nice to Have:</li> <li>Salesforce certifications, particularly AI Specialist or AI Associate</li> <li>Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)</li> <li>Background in additional languages or frameworks (.NET, Java, Node.js, Python/Django)</li> <li>Experience with MCP server development or AI agent frameworks</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p></p> <p data-path-to-node="10,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,0" data-index-in-node="0">How You’ll Embody Our Core Values</strong> At Plative, our core values shape how we work, collaborate, and grow.
