Operations Assistant (Temporary) at Ring Concierge

<p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing, female-founded fine jewelry company, specializing in custom engagement rings and fine jewelry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Assistant to support our team during Q4, our busiest season.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a temporary role, expected to work full-time hours out of our Midtown NYC office through the end of 2026.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and orders</li> <li>Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders</li> <li>Support basic quality control checks to ensure product standards</li> <li>Secure deliveries and promptly pick up orders from vendors as needed</li> <li>Perform general office duties and provide administrative support as required</li> <li>Perform other duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned to support overall business needs.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, administration, or a related field preferred</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with top tier attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Proficiency in Google SuitePositive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-time role onsite located in Midtown, NYC&nbsp;</li> <li>Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that this engagement will be during peak sales periods, and your day may extend past listed office hours</li> <li>The compensation range for this role is $25/hr</li> </ul>
