<p data-start="178" data-end="365">Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort products for over 100 years, is seeking an <strong data-start="269" data-end="295">Industrial Designer II</strong> to join our growing design team at our West Chester, PA headquarters.</p>
<p data-start="367" data-end="806">This role is responsible for developing innovative, user-centered product designs that align with Lasko’s consumer insights, product strategy, and brand standards. The Industrial Designer II will translate customer and consumer requirements into compelling design concepts and production-ready specifications, working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to deliver high-quality, manufacturable products.</p>
<p data-start="808" data-end="1029">This position is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented designer with strong technical skills, a passion for consumer products, and the ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost in a fast-paced environment.</p>

<li data-section-id="6m7ei9" data-start="1099" data-end="1210">Develop user-centered design concepts based on consumer insights, customer feedback, and usability findings</li>
<li data-section-id="vfyk45" data-start="1211" data-end="1300">Translate product requirements into compelling 2D sketches and detailed 3D CAD models</li>
<li data-section-id="4ve7xv" data-start="1301" data-end="1415">Create high-quality renderings and visual assets using tools such as KeyShot, SolidWorks Visualize, or similar</li>
<li data-section-id="1wxlsdh" data-start="1416" data-end="1492">Define product specifications including materials, color, and finish (CMF)</li>

<li data-section-id="mxm4tx" data-start="1638" data-end="1758">Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering to ensure designs meet manufacturability, cost, and performance requirements</li>
<li data-section-id="dykz29" data-start="1759" data-end="1853">Participate in cross-functional design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine concepts</li>

<li data-section-id="r2htnk" data-start="2769" data-end="2847">Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer product design and problem-solving</li>
