Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.</p></div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>We are<strong> </strong>Looking for a&nbsp;Senior&nbsp;RAN&nbsp;Integration&nbsp;Engineer&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Validation&nbsp;Team in Hyderabad, India.</p> <p>Will be responsible for hands-on&nbsp;validation&nbsp;and troubleshooting of&nbsp;RAN&nbsp;systems in satellite end-to-end environment.<br>This role involves analysing and troubleshooting field test results, performing&nbsp;validation&nbsp;of&nbsp;RAN&nbsp;components (terrestrial and non terrestrial), and ensuring network performance and reliability meet design expectations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Perform hands-on&nbsp;RAN&nbsp;testing in an end-to-end lab environment.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and interpret field testing results to identify issues and improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Perform&nbsp;RAN-oriented troubleshooting and root cause analysis.</li> <li>Work closely with system&nbsp;engineers and developers to validate new software releases and features.</li> <li>Contribute to test planning, execution, and reporting for&nbsp;RAN&nbsp;validation&nbsp;activities.</li> </ol> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ol> <li>Proven experience in wireless network testing.</li> <li>Experience Working with QXDM</li> <li>Strong expertise in&nbsp;RAN&nbsp;and RF&nbsp;engineering and related testing methodologies.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in 5G/LTE system&nbsp;validation.</li> <li>Experience working with eNodeB and analysing relevant logs.</li> <li>Practical experience operating within a full end-to-end&nbsp;RAN&nbsp;environment.</li> </ol> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Education:</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Communication Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related engineering field.
