<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>Eltropy is hiring a Director of Design to lead the evolution of our Agentic AI platform into an <strong>AI-native, agent-driven system</strong>.</p>
<p>This is not a traditional UX role. You will redefine how products are built by shifting from screens and flows to <strong>AI-powered workflows, automation, and human and AI collaboration</strong>.</p>
<p>You will partner closely with Product and Engineering, lead a team of 5 designers in India, and work directly with customers to design solutions grounded in real-world workflows.</p>
<h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h2>
<h3><strong>Design Strategy and Leadership</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Define and drive design strategy aligned with an AI-native product vision<br><br></li>
<li>Elevate design from execution to a <strong>core product and decision-making function</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>
<li>Build simple, intuitive experiences for complex financial workflows<br><br></li>
<li>Own and evolve the design system across products<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>AI-First Product Leadership</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead the shift from UI-driven design to <strong>AI-native experiences</strong> including agents, copilots, and automation<br><br></li>
<li>Define how AI shows up in the product including workflows, decisioning, and human oversight<br><br></li>
<li>Establish principles for trust, transparency, and control in AI experiences<br><br></li>
<li>Drive adoption of AI tools and workflows within the design team<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Team Leadership</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead and develop a team of 5 designers in India<br><br></li>
<li>Raise the bar on quality, ownership, and product thinking<br><br></li>
<li>Build a culture of speed, accountability, and strong craft<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Customer and Cross-Functional Leadership</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to shape product direction<br><br></li>
<li>Work directly with customers to understand workflows and co-create solutions<br><br></li>
<li>Influence roadmap and present design direction to executive stakeholders<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></h2>
<ul>
<li>10+ years in Product Design with 3+ years in leadership<br><br></li>
<li>Strong experience in B2B SaaS and complex workflow products<br><br></li>
<li>Proven ability to build products that customers love<br><br></li>
<li>Experience designing AI-first or AI-enabled products<br><br></li>
<li>Strong product thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders<br><br></li>
