<div class="mt4"> <p>Senior Product Manager (Integrations) |100% Remote | Eltropy&nbsp;</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven <strong>Product Manager – Integrations</strong> to join our fast-growing global team. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of Eltropy’s integrations platform, enabling partners and financial institutions to seamlessly connect with our ecosystem. You will play a critical role in building and scaling our developer platform and partner integration capabilities, enabling integrations with core banking systems, loan origination platforms, account opening solutions, CRMs, eSignature/eNotary providers, and digital banking platforms. This role will also help drive Eltropy’s AI for All vision, powering an ecosystem where partners can build intelligent solutions and AI agents through our growing agentic AI marketplace.</p> <p>This is a <strong>remote position based in India</strong>, with <strong>10% travel to client sites in the U.S.</strong> as needed.</p> <p><strong>What You Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in <strong>Product Management, Software Engineering, or a technical product role</strong>.</li> <li>Experience working with APIs, integrations, or platform-based products.</li> <li>Proficiency in Agile/Scrum workflows and cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical needs into clear product requirements.</li> <li>Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation and roadmap planning to release and adoption.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills (Required)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience using Atlassian’s Confluence and JIRA suite of tools</li> <li>Experience working with REST APIs and integration architectures</li> <li>Experience using Agile development methodologies</li> <li>Experience using data analysis and reporting tools</li> <li>Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, APIs)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Assets (Highly Valued)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with <strong>financial institutions, fintech platforms, or financial services software</strong></li> <li>Familiarity with core banking systems, loan origination platforms, digital banking platforms, or CRMs</li> <li>Experience building or managing developer platforms or API ecosystems</li> <li>Understanding of how community banks and credit unions operate</li> <li>Experience supporting partner integrations or marketplace ecosystems</li> <li>Exposure to AI-powered platforms, automation tools, or agent-based AI systems</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> </div>
