<li><span data-contrast="auto">5–8 years of progressive experience in learning and development, including program design and leadership.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and instructional design methodologies.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience managing a team and overseeing multiple L&D initiatives simultaneously.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
