This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute contract requirements and support the project’s safety, schedule, and quality objectives.</li> <li>Exemplify Holder’s commitment to safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company policies.</li> <li>Oversee on-site workforces, coordinating daily scope, sequencing, and inspection of installed work.</li> <li>Assign responsibilities and collaborate with office and field teams to support project goals and manage risk.</li> <li>Manage project site logistics and organize on-site activities to maintain workflow efficiency.</li> <li>Provide leadership and mentorship to associates, supporting professional growth and team development.</li> <li>Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications.</li> <li>Perform additional responsibilities as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering-related field <u>OR</u> 3+ years of equivalent work experience.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li> <li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Outstanding communication and time management abilities.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience managing or supporting complex commercial construction projects.</li> <li>Familiarity with safety, quality, and schedule management standards in commercial construction.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
