Although you’ll be working across our entire suite of products, you’ll mainly be focusing on supporting our Borrow Pod: Personal Loans, Student Loan Refinancing, Private Student Loans, Home Loans.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>We’re looking for someone who is driven, forward-thinking, and nimble enough to collaborate with your creative partners on messaging as well as visual design. You also have a strong curiosity about AI, and either have experience or a deep interest in the application of AI within our creative workflows. You’ll be joining a supportive, fun team culture of creative people excited to come to work every day in order to help people get their money right.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end concept and design for marketing projects across a variety of digital mediums, including but not limited to:</li> <ul> <li>Email Design</li> <li>In app messages</li> <li>Social media posts</li> <li>Branding campaign and assets</li> <li>Lead gen campaigns and assets</li> <li>Digital Videos</li> <li>Digital Display Banners</li> </ul> <li>Create marketing materials for engaging, fast growing products.</li> <li>Collaborate with your copywriter partner on vision for individual briefs and larger campaign storytelling.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create consumer-and enterprise-facing work that is visually exciting, forward-thinking, and emotionally engaging.</li> <li>Help us test, iterate, and optimize designs to consistently deliver and improve business results.</li> <li>Look for opportunities to use enterprise-approved AI tools for day to day creative workflow efficiencies.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with fellow members of the creative, web, and development teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, like product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and strategy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Champion the SoFi brand and user experience, and play a key role in shaping SoFi’s brand narrative.</li> <li>Be a part of our close knit in-house Creative Studio, producing award winning, first-in-class advertising and marketing materials.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>A minimum of five years working as an art director</strong> at an ad agency, in-house creative department, or freelancing for major brands.</li> <li><strong>Must have a strong well-rounded portfolio</strong> full of beautiful, effective work that shows advanced-level conceptual and craft skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and iterate on different design options based on stakeholder and creative feedback.</li> <li>Ability to balance multiple projects with tight timelines while solving complex creative problems with little guidance.&nbsp;</li> <li>You’re all about the data. You love testing design solutions and iterating based on results.</li> <li>Very comfortable collaborating with product marketers, product designers, brand strategists, and other cross functional partners.&nbsp;</li> <li>Self-motivated and able to work independently while also supporting the larger team.</li> <li>Awesome written and oral communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Experience working in similar regulated industries, primarily FinTech and Insurance, is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Software:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advanced understanding of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Adobe After Effects for simple motion graphics</li> <li>Experience with Adobe Substance for 3D asset creation</li> <li>Experience with a variety of Generative AI software</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></div> <div class="gmail_default">The base pay range for this role is listed below.
