We believe that love and technology can make education better.</p> <h2><span class="s1"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></h2> <p class="p2">Think Academy Silicon Valley is looking for a highly organized and proactive&nbsp;<span class="s1"><strong>Recruiting Coordinator</strong></span> to support our growing U.S. recruiting team.</p> <p class="p2">This is a <span class="s1"><strong>part-time hybrid position requiring approximately 15–20 hours per week</strong></span>. Candidates must be available to work <span class="s1"><strong>on-site at our San Jose office during designated hours Tuesday through Friday</strong></span>. Additional recruiting and administrative work may be completed remotely based on business needs.</p> <p class="p2">This role is ideal for someone interested in recruiting and HR who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and supporting a fast-moving hiring process.</p> <h2><span class="s1"><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li>Manage candidate sourcing and initial resume screening for multiple job openings across various teams</li> <li>Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, candidate communication, interview materials, and feedback collection</li> <li>Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and general alignment with position requirements</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to understand hiring needs, priorities, and candidate profiles</li> <li>Create and maintain job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and other recruiting channels</li> <li>Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting pipelines in Greenhouse and internal tracking systems, ensuring timely candidate follow-up</li> <li>Support university recruiting initiatives, including campus partnerships, career fairs, information sessions, and student outreach</li> <li>Assist with employee referral programs and other recruiting or HR projects as needed</li> </ul> <h2><span class="s1"><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred</li> <li>Previous experience in recruiting, HR, campus recruiting, or a related area is preferred</li> <li>Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Experience with Greenhouse or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common recruiting and scheduling tools</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally</li> <li><span class="s1"><strong>Must be available to work on-site in San Jose during designated hours Tuesday through Friday</strong></span></li> <li>Ability to commit approximately <span class="s1"><strong>15–20 hours per week</strong></span></li> </ul>
