As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting our Supply Chain Operations in the generation of purchase orders for various HelloFresh markets across Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction. Even if you don't meet every requirement but believe you’d excel in this role, we’d love to hear from you! <h3>What you’ll do</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support our inbound supply chain operations & external partnerships  to ensure our ingredients arrive to our customers on time and in full</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Calculate and issue purchase orders for your category area(s). Revise or raise additional purchase orders as required</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Complete the necessary audit checks to ensure orders are complete and accurate before sending to suppliers</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Resolve any queries raised by suppliers on the purchase orders or transportation, escalate where necessary</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Resolve operational issues and perform root cause analysis.
