<p></p> <p><strong>Food Safety Quality Area Manager</strong></p> <p>HelloFresh is seeking an FSQ Area Manager. The FSQ Area Manager is responsible for Manufacturing and is responsible for all supporting food safety and quality assurance-related internal audits in adherence with regulatory standards. The position supervises and supports all hourly Team Members (TMs). Additionally, the position supports the development, implementation, and management of food safety and quality control systems to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.</p> <p><strong>You Will…</strong></p> <p>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Provide employee training and instructions to provide advice on how to perform their task (FSQA checks, inspections, documentation, expectations, training)</li> <li>Develop, motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of hourly FSQA technicians, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change from within.
